One backpack. One child. One opportunity at a time.
Camden Donadio is a young entrepreneur, backpack designer, published children's author, and philanthropist on a mission to make sure every child has what they need to show up and succeed.
At just 9 years old, Camden has already helped 150+ children, sold 250+ backpacks, and donated 400+ meals to families in need. His company, Camden Donadio Org, is built on the belief that one act of generosity can change the trajectory of a child's life.
We are proud to partner with Camden to bring his vision to the communities we serve here in Connecticut.
Backpacks of Hope

This holiday season, the E.R. FoundationCT is launching Backpacks of Hope — a community backpack drive for children in kindergarten through 6th grade.
Every dollar donated goes directly toward purchasing backpacks filled with school supplies for children in our community. Through our partnership with Camden's organization, we ensure every backpack is packed with care and delivered with love.
Erika Robinson believed in community. She believed in showing up for people — especially the young ones who are still figuring out their place in the world. This drive is our way of honoring that belief.

Backpacks are distributed to children K–6 in our community, ready for the school year ahead.
