As COO, she manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that every program runs with efficiency and care. With proven expertise in program administration, youth services, operations management, Celeste coordinates staff, resources, and community outreach. she is dedicated to building sustainable systems that allow our mission — empowering learners and comforting families in grief — to reach as many people as possible.

As Treasurer, he is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. With a strong background in finance, accounting, or nonprofit administration, Mike ensures transparency, accountability, and strategic stewardship of resources.
