Keisha Empowerment Initiative™
A program of ER Foundation CT An empowerment initiative for the next generation. We created The Becoming Kit™ to help young people feel prepared, supported, and confident as they transition into their teenage years.
 

Grief Basket Program: 

Providing comfort baskets and resources to families who have lost loved ones to homicide, so they feel cared for and never alone in their healing journey.

We combine education, compassion, and community care:

• Through education, we equip learners with confidence to achieve their goals.
   
• Through compassion, we bring comfort and dignity to families walking through grief.
   
• Through community, we create a circle of support that strengthens resilience and inspires hope.

Because no one should have to struggle alone — whether it’s a teen facing the challenge of learning to drive, or a family facing the heartbreak of loss. We believe in creating safe, supportive pathways that uplift, encourage, and empower individuals at their most vulnerable times.
